Tender description
The council invited bidders to submit a quotation (the “invitation to Tender”) for the supply and maintenance of a fully integrated Pensions Administration System and Associated Support Services. Following the tender process and submission of a response (the Tender Response”) the Contractor was selected to provide the services in accordance with the agreement. The Council is willing to engage the Contractor and the Contractor is willing to provide the aforementioned services subject to, and in accordance with, the terms and conditions set out in the agreement.
