PAN1600 - Repairs to Humberstone Park Skate Park Area

Tender description

Leicester City Council (the Authority) invites quotations for the provision of repairs to the skate park facility at Humberstone Park, Leicester. The skate park was created in 2004 and is a popular facility for amateur and professional skaters. However there are now issues with the concrete ramps and surfacing, with many of the ramp joints now degrading and creating issues for skaters using them. A number of raised lips between individual surfaces now exist and the surface unevenness is making skating difficult. The Council is aiming for repairs to take place on site in late summer / early autumn. The contractor will be responsible for identifying and then implementing the repair proposals.
