Subject to Contract: The aim of this Prior Information Notice (PIN) is for the Operational Infrastructure Project within the Land Equipment Operating Centre to conduct an initial market analysis to help inform the Authority’s future strategy as to how best to proceed with procurement and support of Deployable Technical Infrastructure (DTI). Overview: DTI is a tri-service Category B Defence replacement programme for current and gapped deployable technical infrastructure capabilities within the Land Environment. However, it will not provide Defence with like for like replacements but will seek to take the opportunity to update and future proof capabilities to enable a more efficient force that contributes to reducing logistic need. The outcomes DTI is expected to achieve include: — transportable in an ISO envelope, — modular solution(s), — common, open architectures, — economies of scale, — reduced logistic footprint. Deployed capabilities to be replaced by DTI fall under 4 categories: 1) office; 2) storage; 3) workshops (including metal-smith and mechanical repair); 4) equipment with Electronic Interference Protection. In your response: 1) specify if you have the technical capability in providing DTI for all or some of the 4 categories listed above; 2) for your areas of interest, specify what you are interested in providing, for example: i) equipment solutions only, for example: — housing solution e.g. container, shelter, — internal storage solutions; ii) equipment and support solutions; iii) integrator function; 3) provide any additional information (e.g. technical data pack or commercially literature) to evidence your technical capability to provide DTI, in keeping with the DTI outcomes detailed above.
