Newcastle University provides student accommodation across a variety of residence sizes and styles, which are ‘rented’ throughout the year by a variety of customers e.g. students during term time, and conference and event delegates, Great North Run participants etc. out of term time. This RFQ is for the appointment of a Contractor who will provide EPC’s for University accommodation, before expiry of current EPC’s in September / October 2018, and in line with UK legislation. The supply will consist of: 1. Review the University’s accommodation sites and the occupation/rent arrangements. 2. Advise which sites require EPC’s 3.
