Tender description
A competent supplier is required to remove and dispose (off-site) of the organic waste from all of the SPS establishments using containers supplied by the supplier. This procurement will follow the EU Open procedure. Following publication of the Contract Notice, an Invitation to Tender (ITT) (including the European Single Procurement Document) will be published by SPS on the Public Contracts Scotland Tender (PCS-T) website. This will be made available to all bidders and contain full information on the specific requirements of the contract, the pricing model and the evaluation method.
