CQC (the Contracting Authority) wish to invite potential suppliers to provide a quote for the development, planning and delivery of a development day for Freedom to Speak up Guardians in NHS trusts and foundation trusts. The National Guardian's Office (NGO) does not hold the specialist expertise necessary for this activity. It is essential that the day is run independently of the National Guardian's Office (NGO) to ensure impartiality and fairness. However, the National Guardian Office would expect to work closely with the supplier in terms of design and content.
