Tender description

Portsmouth City Council (“the Council”) intends to enter into contract with Buchanan Computing Limited, for the provision of a cloud based mapping and analysis software solution. This contract includes for the provision of product licences, initial set up, training and on-going technical support. The contract will be for an initial term of 3 years commencing from 16.7.2018, with the option to extend on a rolling basis, in increments to be agreed, in accordance with Regulation 6, Paragraph 19 b) of the Public Contract Regulations (2015). The estimated value of the contract is approximately 50 000 GBP per year. The Council reserves the right to utilise additional types or numbers of software licences as required to meet its on-going needs which will likely impact the estimated yearly contract value. The solution provides live interaction with mapping tools with instant analysis functions and convenient and customisable comparison reports highlighting national trends and assessment against other Local Authorities.
