HR Benchmarking

Tender description

The British Council is undergoing a period of significant organisational change and is developing its HR analytics capability from an operational level to strategic and advisory. We have been tracking core HR metrics internally for the past twelve months and are now ready to benchmark these externally so we can track our performance relative to other organisations. The benchmarks will feed into target setting exercises across a range of internal dashboards and reports within HR and across the organisation and help to inform our corporate diversity targets, which we have committed to refreshing in 2018.
