Tender description
Bedfordshire Police and Hertfordshire Constabulary ICT department was seeking a quotation for new 200 x HP 705 G3 SFF workstations. This quotation was evaluated on 100% price only. Each Bidder's price was evaluated by awarding the lowest Bidder 100 points, and all other Bidders 100, less the percentage by which their Bid exceeds the lower price.
