Tender description

The Council has a legal obligation to ensure regular surveys are undertaken to determine the condition of highways within the County of West Sussex. The council wishes to appoint a suitable service provider to undertake such surveys as detailed in attachment 02: the Service Specification. The tender will be split into the following lots: Lot 1: Highways Inventory Data Services; Lot 2: Coarse Visual Inspection (CVI) Survey; Lot 3: Scanner Survey of A,B and C Roads; Lot 4: Footway Maintenance Survey; Lot 5: SCRIM Survey.
