Tender description
A day care service for people with physical and/or learning disabilities at one of 3 sites from 9:00 am to 4:00pm, Monday to Friday, for 50 weeks of the year excluding Bank Holidays. The main site is based at Acklam Road and there are 2 smaller satellite centres at Manor Hub, Coulby Newham and Lakeside, Hemlington. The service is to provide day care support services to enable Service users to achieve their personal goals, play a full part in society and to share in opportunities, enjoyment, challenges of everyday life through the provision of activities and opportunities appropriate to their individual needs.
