Tender description

Nottinghamshire County Council (The Council) is seeking tenders from Service Providers wishing to join a CSE Provider Agreement for the provision for Care, Support and Enablement Services (CSE) for Younger Adults with Disabilities and/or Complex Needs. The Provider will have at least 3 years’ experience of: — Delivering Care, Support and Enablement support to Younger Adults with disabilities and/or complex needs, — Using person centred approaches to achieve outcomes, — Supporting Service Users to live independently, — Operating in innovative and flexible ways to improve efficiency and the quality and effectiveness of service. The Provider will have at least 3 years’ experience of: — Delivering Care, Support and Enablement to Younger Adults with disabilities and/or complex needs, — Using person centred approaches to service delivery to enable Service Users to identify and achieve outcomes, — Supporting Service Users to live independently, — Operating in innovative and flexible ways to improve efficiency and the quality and effectiveness of service. The Provider will be required to provide access to housing appropriate to meet the needs of the individual Service Users. The housing and support must be clearly separate and the Provider able to demonstrate that should any Service User wish to choose another Provider of care and support or should the Council evidence the service does not meet Contractual requirements, that this can be facilitated. The Council does not seek to have a Contractual relationship with a Housing Provider in this circumstance. There will be no Nominations Rights requested or rental Void Agreements made and the relationship with the Housing Provider is held solely by the Provider. The housing made available to the Service User must be qualitatively in line with the Decent Homes Standard.
