Tender description

The production of a number of Full Business Cases - focusing on the Economic Case, and carrying out an Economic Appraisal compliant with HMT's Green Book and The DCLG Appraisal Guide (DCLG, 2017)/ The Business cases must align with HMT's Five Case Model, covering the Strategic, Economic, Commercial, Financial and Management cases. DCLG's Business Case Template (Annex A) will form the structure of the final report and any interim outputs will need to be consistent with this.
