Tender description

Fusion21 has developed a Framework for the provision of grounds maintenance and related services. The Framework will provide a flexible and efficient procurement solution for Fusion21 Members (including but not exclusive to the residential, education, local authority, health and central government sectors) to save money and generate social value. Grounds Maintenance services to the Housing sector for; All types of sites: office parks, grass verges, car parks, estates, parks, gardens, leisure facilities, training facilities, sporting and recreational facilities, such as parks, playgrounds, football pitches, cricket field, etc. Services including but not limited to: Grass cutting, Hedge cutting, Shrub / perennial / plant bed maintenance, Weed control, Litter picking, Gritting and snow clearance, Tree surveys, Arboriculture work, Invasive weeds removal, Water feature maintenance, Landscaping, Fencing, street furniture maintenance. Grounds Maintenance services to the Public Services sector for; All types of sites: office parks, grass verges, car parks, estates, parks, gardens, leisure facilities, training facilities, sporting and recreational facilities, such as parks, playgrounds, football pitches, cricket field, etc. Services including but not limited to: Grass cutting, Hedge cutting, Shrub / perennial / plant bed maintenance, Weed control, Litter picking, Gritting and snow clearance, Tree surveys, Arboriculture work, Invasive weeds removal, Water feature maintenance, Landscaping, Fencing, street furniture maintenance. Geographical Information Services (GIS) including but not limited to: Producing new GIS Maps, Updating existing GIS Maps, Auditing/Reviewing existing GIS Maps, Analysis and desktop exercises. Grounds Maintenance services to the Education sector for; All types of sites: office parks, grass verges, car parks, estates, parks, gardens, leisure facilities, training facilities, sporting and recreational facilities, such as parks, playgrounds, football pitches, cricket field, etc. Services including but not limited to: Grass cutting, Hedge cutting, Shrub / perennial / plant bed maintenance, Weed control, Litter picking, Gritting and snow clearance, Tree surveys, Arboriculture work, Invasive weeds removal, Water feature maintenance, Landscaping, Fencing, street furniture maintenance.
