Home Group require the ability to effectively plot in detail which properties are legally owned by Home Group, and what we don’t; ability to plot repair works, condition information, age, occupancy, tenure, and potential redevelopment areas in-house; ability to plan potential redevelopment works, including layout options (using existing in-house CAD resources); ability to produce high level map/development info for issue to external consultancies at the appropriate time. As such, Home Group now require a detailed mapping system to visualise and manage our land and assets. Keywords: Mapping
