Back To Laboratory Saliva Based Test Kits and Screening for Controlled and Illegal Drugs’ are required when the court has made a DTTO (Drug Testing and Treatment Order).The Council requires the supply of Back To Laboratory Saliva Based Test Kits and Screening for controlled and illegal drugs and a Confirmation Testing Service to be available as and when required. Integral to this requirement will be the ability to provide Secure Electronic Results via a web-based portal which will support the DTTOs success in delivering an effective service to the Scottish Courts.
