There is a requirement to procure up to 20 deploy-able Mobile Rolling Brake Test (MRBT) systems that is to be supplied, stowed and transported within a 20' ISO container. The system should be capable of undertaking all regulatory requirement of a vehicle brake test, in accordance with DVSA regulations. The aim of this PIN is to seek Expressions of interest in the supply of containerised MRBT systems. Expression of interest is voluntary and does not start the official procurement process, nor will non-participation exclude potential suppliers from participating in the future procurement process. It should also be noted that all information released as part of this market engagement process is subject to change and may not form part of any future procurement process. Supply of up to 20 Mobile Rolling Brake Testing (MRBT) Systems that are supplied, stowed and transported in 20' ISO shipping containers. The system must be capable of undertaking all legislative requirements of a vehicle brake test in accordance with DVSA regulations. Potential suppliers are invited to register their interest in this procurement opportunity. Expression of interest does not start the official procurement process nor does it guarantee inclusion in any subsequent process.
