To prepare a brief to appoint competent surveying, groundworks, traffic management, health and safety and other specialist contractors, coordination with the relevant stakeholders & utility companies, to enable a detailed report and design options to be prepared, of the enhancement surfacing & civil works including kerbing, footpaths, pavement and roadway, pedestrian crossings and traffic signals, preparation of documents and assessment of the full tender process for appointment of main contractor(s) for the execution of the finalised scheme - Refer to Project Brief as described in the Tender & Schedule Stage Services for full details.
