Tender description

Clanmil Housing Group is a registered Housing Association established in 1977 with an ambitious development and growth programme. As part of this growth agenda Clanmil use Competitive Land, Design and Build Competitions to provide new social housing developments. Clanmil wish to procure a suitably qualified and experienced Employers Agent Team to provide appropriate services in the delivery of projects sourced through Land, Design and Build Competitions. Description of the Project. The Project is for the provision of the delivery of housing units by means of a number of Land, Design and Build Competitions, where the Developer(s) provides the land, designs, constructs and completes the schemes(s) for Clanmil in accordance with the DFC Housing Association Guide; Employers Requirements and statutory body requirements, employers Agent Appointment. Clanmil intend to appoint an Employers Agent consultancy team to act on behalf of Clanmil as per the scope of services.
