Combined Print and distribution services

Tender description

Trivallis wish to appoint a service provider to provide a print and distribution service that enables us to combine the distribution of our customer magazine and rent statements both of which are issued on a quarterly basis. We anticipate that this partnership will run for a period of 2 years (with the option to extend for a further one year) and are looking for an organisation that delivers a high quality product and can work alongside us and share their experience to help us improve the way we communicate with our customers. The print service provider should be characterised by the following; - Strong focus on high quality, commercially aware, evidence based service - Impartial, independent, approachable and receptive advisory services that allow us to grow our understanding of direct mail and customer communications - A proactive approach to assisting the communications activities and strategy of Trivallis Ltd - Flexibility within their products and services to allow for personalisation of our direct mailing to meet customer need
