Cambridge City Council - Management and Operation of Ross Street Community Centre

Tender description

The Council is offering a 3 year lease and concession contract (with an option to extend for a further 2 years) for Ross Street Community Centre for the exclusive right to operate the Centre for the core purpose of providing a multi-purpose community space for creative, learning and general community activities. The terms will be an annual fixed price of annual peppercorn rent for the whole duration of the contract, and 20% of the annual profit (annual income minus expenditure) capped at the annual market rent of £7,500 as stated in the Lease and concession contract (e.g. if expenditure is £40,000 and income is £50,000 the council will expect payment of 20% of £10,000 i.e. £2,000
