Kent Community Health NHS Foundation Trust (KCHFT) are looking for a supplier to complete the following works at Hawkhurst Community Hospital, TN18 4PU: Replacement Boiler, Plant Room Flooring Upgrade in the Bungalow building (situated within the Hawkhurst Community Hospital site) with associated works. The Bungalow office accommodation will be occupied whilst works take place. The boiler plant service all buildings that are located on the Hawkhurst Community Hospital site. Bidders must: • Be Constructionline registered with 'verified' status. • Have experience in working in an NHS environment. A site visit will be held Tuesday, 26 June 2018 at 1300 hrs. Details will be stated in the Tender Documents. JCT INTERMEDIATE BUILDING CONTRACT will be applied to these works.
