The Commission is looking for an internal audit and assurance function with a difference. We would like the internal audit team to work closely with our employees to understand the work of the Commission and provide adequate challenge throughout the organisation to promote improvement, ensuring we are running our organisation at its fullest potential and discharging our statutory duties in accordance with accepted best practice. The office of the Commission is small and has been subject to numerous rigorous internal audit reviews of its core financial processes and procedures. The Commission is now looking for an internal audit and assurance function with a difference. We would like the internal audit team to work closely with our employees to understand the work of the Commission and provide adequate challenge throughout the organisation to promote improvement, ensuring we are running our organisation at its fullest potential and discharging our statutory duties in accordance with accepted best practice. From time to time, the Finance team of the office may require accounting advice on topics such as taxation or accounting disclosures. We would like to have an efficient and reliable service to reach out to when required.
