Tender description

The Council is seeking additional Providers to deliver Care at Home services (formerly known as domiciliary care). Successful providers will also be expected to provide support to Service Users with complex health needs and end of life support at a level set out within the specification. The Council is re-opening the Adults framework only, this Service is jointly commissioned by Cheshire East Council & Cheshire ICB (Integrated Care Board).
