Tender description

Newcastle City Council is seeking to appoint a provider to supply a self-help information and advice digital solution. A self-assessment tool which will allow Newcastle residents to understand how to stay independent for longer, identify any issues or worries they have with their health and wellbeing and complete self-assessment questionnaires to find appropriate information, advice and solutions including daily living aids.
