The Supply of Aviation Fuels and Ancillary Services

Tender description

YPO are looking for providers to be appointed onto a Framework Agreement for the supply of Aviation Fuels and Ancillary Services for use in the emergency services sector and any other authority in the public sector. This Framework is designed to meet the needs of YPO and Other Contracting Authorities by establishing an agreement where the end customer will place the order with the provider and the provider delivered direct to the end customer. The Framework Agreement will cover the period from 25th April 2018 to 24th April 2021 (subject to satisfactory supplier performance and continued customer satisfaction) with an option to extend for an additional 12 months. The decision to extend the contract period will be taken 6 months prior to the end of the original 3-year period. The 12-month extension may be an automatic extension or to re-open price and quality via a further competition if required. (subject to an annual review, incorporating price negotiations and KPI performance.)
