St Helens Council Contract for a GDPR Data Protection Officer Function to Primary Schools in St Helens

As public authorities under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the St Helens, primary schools need to appoint a statutory Data Protection Officer (DPO) to the standards of, and to perform the tasks set out in, articles 37-39 of the GDPR. The schools have chosen to fulfill this requirement through a service contract as specified within the documents associated with this tender.
