• To provide a cost effective and flexible delivery model for Gloucestershire County Council (GCC) • To develop project management skills for up to 8 apprentices – this will include both newly appointed staff and individuals needing significant new knowledge and skills • To provide a training and support programme which is flexible, user friendly and can be personalised to meet individual needs • To provide individual learning plans that offer added value in terms of training and development • To provide management and business information to monitor performance • To provide a named contact for the management of the contract.
