Tender description

Provision of cleaning and catering services for Marylebone Boys' School in Paddington. Marylebone Boys' School is moving into a new building just before the start of the September 2018 school term. The cleaning and catering services are to be carried out in this new building. Both services are being tendered for an initial period of 3 years with a possibility to extend the contracts for 2 further periods of 12 months each. The services are being tendered as 2 separate lots: Lot 1: Cleaning service; Lot 2: Catering service TUPE is expected to apply and the relevant information has been provided within the tender documentation. Provision of a school cleaning service at the school. The cleaning service in each school is to include a full term-time daily clean Monday to Friday and periodic deep cleans throughout the year. There may some requirements outside of the 39 weeks term time as part of the school's anticipated lettings programme and, eventually, may be required up to 52 weeks per annum. Provision of a school catering service for Marylebone Boys' School in London. This includes the supply of breakfast, morning break, and full lunch services. Hospitality food services may also be required occasionally. Additionally, space has been designated for a 6th Form Cafe which will need to be developed in readiness for the academic year 2019/20. Investment in the Cafe and general catering service is sought.
