Tender description
We want to conduct a survey of our tenants and leaseholders’ opinion, to capture their views on the current service and set a benchmark of our customer’s perception and experience of services, focus on areas which are important to our residents and help us to identify any areas that are in need of action. We are also keen to hear from residents about services we provide which they feel could be discontinued and new services that we should consider providing in the future.
