Tender description

Warwickshire County Council wishes to establish a Framework Agreement including multiple suppliers to provide the Council's marketing and communications team with Print services. The Contract will have an initial 2 year term with the ability to extend the provision for up to another 24 months resulting in a maximum contract length of 4 years. Suppliers on this Framework will be expected to provide a range of final products including but not limited to leaflets, flyers, posters, booklets, brochures, envelopes and pull-up and roller banners. The resulting provision is expected to include frequent print jobs with over 1 200 orders in the last 12 months. The procurement process will follow an Open procedure. The contract will be for an initial duration of 2 years with options to extend. Information regarding the evaluation process can be found within the procurement documentation.
