Tender description

Forsvarets Logistikkorganisasjon (FLO) will procure face masks and wind glasses in a framework agreement in the coming period for use by personnel in the Norwegian Defence. The intention is that the articles will replace and improve the existing soldier system. FLO would like to use this prior information notice to get feedback on concrete questions. Suppliers who would like to contribute are asked to fill in the feedback form in the prior information notice by 8.6.2018, 15:00 and send it to the contact person in FLO. The general aim is to protect the Norwegian Defence's personnel from snow, freezing temperatures, wind and light in exposed surroundings, especially when travelling in an open vehicle during the winter. Furthermore, we would like the mask and wind glasses to cover all bare skin on the face. We would also like the mask to have a good system for ventilation and breathing in order to avoid the accumulation of moisture, particularly around the mouth and nose.
