Tender description

This tender relates to the soft strip and demolition works at Kingston Community School (KCS) in Kingston Upon Thames. The site is located at 15 Coombe Road, Kingston Upon Thames, KT2 7AB. The site is currently occupied by two buildings; a five storey 1960's office building fronting onto Coombe Road and a two storey brick faced building located at the far west end of the site fronting onto station road. The remainder of the site is occupied by a 50 space car park. The site is bound to the North by the railway embankment, Coombe Road to the south, Station Road to the west and a neighbouring property to the east. The scope of the works is described in these tender documents. Briefly, the works include Asbestos Removal, Soft Strip including MEP and Demolition Works.
