Homes England and Birmingham City Council (joint employers) are intending to carry out asbestos removal, demolition and site clearance works at the site of the former City North Campus, Perry Barr and are seeking to appoint a contractor to carry out the works. The works include the removal and disposal of asbestos containing materials and hazardous wastes, demolition of buildings and ancillary structures, removal of slabs, footings and foundations and clearance of the remaining site.
