Tender description

As detailed within the previous PIN (2017/S 179-365997), Essex County Council is conducting a series of market engagement events for those interested in delivering external fostering placements for children and young people up to the age of 18 in Essex. Essex County Council would like to invite organisations to attend the second market engagement event which will take place on 19.6.2018 at 10:00 to 14:00 at Central Baptist Church, Victoria Road South, Chelmsford, Essex CM1 1LN. Candidates are advised that this event will focus on the following key areas: — Reviewing the key elements of the proposed service specification, — Considering the intended Key Performance indicators for this service and the associated monitoring arrangements, — Presenting the proposed pricing matrix for this procurement opportunity.
