Tender description

Warwickshire County Council wishes to establish a Framework Agreement including multiple suppliers to provide the Council's Marketing and Communications team with Graphic Design Services. Resulting contracts under this Framework Agreement will have an initial two (2) year term with the ability to extend the provision for up to another 24 months resulting in a maximum contract length of 4 years. Suppliers on this Framework will be expected to provide a range of supporting services including but not limited to leaflets, flyers, posters, booklets, brochures, envelopes and pull-up and roller banners. The resulting provision is expected to include frequent jobs which range from isolated activities to actions which form part of a greater marketing campaign. The services provided will effect the ability of the Marketing and Communications team to deliver their services making dependable provision very important. The procurement process will follow an Open Procedure. The contract will be for an initial duration of 2 years with options to extend.
