Gas Central Heating Installations Sub contractors

Tender description

We are seeking to procure up to seven Gas Central Heating Installation teams to work alongside KWL own operational team. All works will be in the Kingston Upon Hull Boundary. The contract will be for a 3-year period commencing on 21st May 2018. The contracts may be extended for a further 1 year period subject to a value for money review which will take into account cost, performance and quality delivered during the original contract term. The estimated annual value of the whole contract for these works is circa £450,000. This is the estimated spend across all sub contractors. KWL can offer no guarantee of spend, volume or frequency of orders made on this area of works. KWL Expectations and Service Requirements KWL aim to provide high quality services to the customers who reside in the dwellings and are seeking to procure up to 7 Installation teams to work alongside KWL own operational team to work on KWLs behalf to ensure that housing stock is maintained to the highest standard. The sub contractor must work closely with KWL to ensure a smooth and successful working relationship is maintained. The service to be provided will be from 08:00 to 18:00 Monday to Friday. Only in exceptional circumstances shall this period be exceeded.
