Tender description

The council are looking for 1 or 2 providers to cover all work involved in providing a system to ensure all specified water systems in all schools* and public buildings within the council’s contract area are maintained in good, clean, safe working order such that the risk to exposure from Legionella bacteria is prevented /controlled, as required by current HSE approved code of practice and guidance document, “The Control of Legionella Bacteria in Water Systems ACoP L8”.
