This procurement exercise is being carried out as 3 separate lots and the works comprise: Lot 1: Gas Heating Replacement to Domestic Properties; Lot 2: Electric Heating Replacement to Domestic Properties; Lot 3: Renewable Heating Replacement to Domestic Properties. This Tender Documentation is for the provision of a measured term contract for Gas, Electric and Renewable Heating Replacement to Domestic Properties 2018 — 2021. This procurement exercise is being carried out as 3 separate lots and the works comprise: Lot 1: Gas Heating Replacement. The removal and replacement of gas heating systems including boilers, radiators and associated works. All as laid down in the specification section of this document. Estimated value of this Lot is 13 500 000,00 GBP and the contract conditions to be used is JCT Measured Term Contract 2011. This procurement exercise is being carried out as 3 separate lots and the works comprise: Lot 2: Electric Heating Replacement. The removal and replacement of electric heating systems including storage heaters, cylinders and associated works. All as laid down in the specification section of this document. Estimated value of this Lot is 6 750 000,00 GBP and the contract conditions to be used is JCT Measured Term Contract 2011. This Tender Documentation is for the provision of a measured term contract for Gas, Electric and Renewable Heating Replacement to Domestic Properties 2018 — 2021. This procurement exercise is being carried out as 3 separate lots and the works comprise: Lot 3: Other Heating Replacement. The removal and replacement of existing gas and electric heating systems with renewable heating systems (solar PV and air source heat pump systems and associated works). Estimated value of this Lot is 6 750 000,00 GBP and the contract conditions to be used is JCT Measured Term Contract 2011. All as laid down in the specification section of this document.
