The requirement. The goods and services will comprise. — sensors, to be fitted in recycling and rubbish containers, — a cloud-based system capable of receiving and storing data from remote sensors, and of providing management information via a suitable customer interface via a web browser, — the ability to manage daily collection schedules informed by data collected from sensors, — the use of the system by drivers using mobile in-cab devices, — the ability to incorporate containers without sensors into the system scheduling functionality, — system backup, support, and development.
