Southend-on-Sea City Council (“the Council”) is inviting expressions of interest from suitably qualified Doctors who are able to carry out Best Interest Assessments under the Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards Section 12 to join a DPS. This Provider List is to enable the Council to source a sufficient number of qualified Section 12 Doctors who can carry out Best Interest Assessments under the Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards.
