Landowner seeking to secure a developer for Paignton Harbour in order to lever in the skills and expertise to deliver successful regeneration of a site as part of the wider Town Centre Regeneration programme in Torbay. The successful tenderer will provide the skills and expertise to execute a number of specialist interdependent undertakings to secure the comprehensive regeneration of the site, from early tenant negotiations through to practical completion of the development.
