Tender description

This framework is primarily for delivery of goods or services to council establishments in The Merseyside Procurement Partnership (MPP) which includes, Wirral, Sefton, St. Helens and Halton Borough Councils and Merseytravel. Wirral will act as lead Authority for this contractual agreement. Wirral is a Metropolitan Borough of Merseyside in the North West of England with a population of approx 300,000 over 60 square miles.
