The University of Kent hereby invites tenders for the provision of Project Management and Cost Consultant Services for the design and construction of a new Life Science Building at its Canterbury campus. The Project Manager shall be required to take overall control of the project for the development of the Life Science Building at the University of Kent, Canterbury campus with the key objective of delivering this scheme on time, on budget and in accordance with the brief. The Cost Consultant shall be required to work closely with the Project Team for the development of the Life Science Building at the University of Kent, Canterbury campus with the key objective of delivering this scheme on time, on budget and in accordance with the brief.
