Tender description
Enfield Council is seeking a commercial partner or partners (managed service providers) to further develop the following three civic assets in an enterprising way for the commercial benefit of the Council, its residents and stakeholders. These three civic assets are: 1. Lamppost banner dressing including; event banners, messaging banners, sponsored event banners, and commercial advertising banners 2. Borough gateway signs with sponsorship 3. Pavement Advertising The specification is divided into three (3) separate lots, and potential partners are invited to bid for any, or all, of these lots. The lots correspond with the three asset categories listed above, and are described in more detail in this specification. Potential partners wishing to bid for all three lots may also provide a combined bid to operate all four concessions, to include a premium MGR and/or net profit share.
