Audits of Gas Safety and Water Hygiene Control for Domestic and Communal Housing Properties We are seeking a suitably qualified and experienced contractor/consultant to support the work of Central Bedfordshire Council focusing on the safe management of gas and water installations across the Housing Landlord Service. The contract includes carrying out audits and risk assessments together with advising on regulatory standards and compliance. It is intended that the contract will start in September 2018 is for a period of 2 years. Help and Support - The Council will provide as much support and information as it can to help guide you though the Tender process. Questions asked together with the response, will be made available to all firms quoting, to ensure a fair and consistent approach to all. Completed tenders and attachments should be submitted electronically, by the due date via out 'In-Tend' electronic tendering system. Tenders must be uploaded via the 'My Return' section of the system. Tenders submitted through the correspondence facility will not be considered. Your tender must be submitted via the 'In-Tend' system no later than Noon on Thursday 21st June 2018
