Trivallis Ltd are seeking to appoint one or more suitably qualified and experienced out of hours telephone and door entry monitoring and entry service provider. *Important* - It is imperative that the winning supplier is able to demonstrate that they are able to mobilise within South Wales and to demonstrate that they have existing infrastructure within South Wales in order to begin the contract. Trivallis Ltd are seeking to appoint one or more suitably qualified and experienced out of hours telephone and door entry monitoring and entry service provider. The successful contractor must be capable of providing a service that: — answers all emergency out of hours calls, — answers all alarm calls when the scheme coordinator is not on site, — answers all door entry calls when the scheme coordinator is not on site including calls from GP’s, care agencies and emergency services, — is capable of assessing all calls, — provides an appropriate response in line with agreed policies and procedures. Trivallis are seeking to appoint a suitably experienced and competent provider with a demonstrable track record of working with similar organisation within the housing sector. *Important* - It is imperative that the winning supplier is able to demonstrate that they are able to mobilise within South Wales and to demonstrate that they have existing infrastructure within South Wales in order to begin the contract.
