Tender description
There has been an on-going water ingress problem for some time and recently the problem has become progressively much worse. The contractor will need to confirm the investigations and method statement for the work as part of the tender submission. The aim of this small works project is to repair elements of water-proofing failure and complete remedial work to areas affected by the water ingress.
