Provision of Audio Visual Supplies and Services on behalf of its members and members of other HE Consortia. Please see description for Lot 2. As Lot 2. The purpose of this PIN is to give advance notice to inform the market that the University of South Wales, in conjunction with the Higher Education Purchasing Consortium Wales (HEPCW), may issue tender documentation for the provision of Audio Visual Supplies and Services on behalf of its members and members of the LUPC, SUPC and other possible HE Consortia. The HEPCW wish to share procurement plans, outline tender requirements and invite discussion on the deliverability of products and services. It is the intention of the HEPCW to hold an open Supplier Engagement meeting with interested suppliers on 28 June 2018 in Cardiff University's Glamorgan Council Chamber, King Edward VII Avenue, Cardiff, CF10 3WT. If interested, email hepcw@wales.ac.uk no later than 18.6.2018. In your email, please provide an overview of your company, point of contact, who will be participating in the meeting including their position within the company. (Interested suppliers are also advised to register on the Sell2Wales website where the opportunity will be advertised: www.sell2wales.gov.wales).
