Tender description

The Authority seeks a Contractor(s) to provide a comprehensive Asset Survey Specification for Fixed Maintainable Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering Plant and Estates Related Equipment Assets. The key objectives are: Following initial desktop review of existing asset list, identify all of the fixed mechanical and electrical plant and estates related equipment assets as per the requirements set out in Appendix 2. Establish asset condition and anticipated lifecycle in order to attain effective asset history to provide the appropriate maintenance. Each asset is to be identified with a unique asset tag/ bag code to ensure that the details and maintenance history of the plant or equipment is able to be tracked.
